A registered address lets you use Espacio Nodo's address (Calle Núñez Morgado 15, Madrid) as the official address of your company or self-employed activity for the Tax Authority, Companies House and other bodies. It is ideal if you work from home or remotely and do not want your personal address on public documents.
Yes. The address can appear both as the fiscal address (for Tax Authority notifications) and as the registered office in your company's articles of association.
We receive your mail and parcels at the space. We notify you by email or WhatsApp within 8 hours. We can also scan and digitally forward any received documents if needed.
The minimum contract term is 6 months. Payment is made upfront at sign-up. After the 6 months you can renew for another 6-month term on the same terms.
As this is a 6-month contract, the amount paid covers the full 6 months and is not prorated for early cancellation. If you have special circumstances, contact us at hola@espacionodo.es.
No. The registered address service is independent and can be contracted even if you do not use the coworking space. That said, if you also want to work from here, we offer monthly plans and day passes.
The process is 100% online. Fill in the form, make the payment, and receive an email confirmation with the address details so you can use it immediately. Within 24 business hours we also send you the signed contract.
Yes. Although the initial payment is for 6 months, we issue a monthly invoice of €15 + VAT for each month of the contract, making your accounting straightforward.
